In fact, when we first started looking for a business to invest in, we were searching for more than just a livelihood—we were looking for a way to make a real impact in the community we call home. That moment came when a close friend shared their experience working in a board and care home. They spoke candidly about the industry’s reputation—homes that were understaffed, impersonal, and often just getting by. It was disheartening, but it also sparked something. We knew that older adults, who have contributed so much to their families and communities, deserve better in their later years. They deserve homes where they’re truly known, where dignity and comfort come first, and where care is personal. 

That vision became Regal.
